But let me be clear: I didn’t always thrive. I made mistakes—big ones. I failed often. And I took chances that terrified me. But those risks paid off in ways that shaped who I am today.
I learned that success in high-pressure environments isn’t about being the smartest in the room—it’s about influence, trust, and keeping your head when everything is on fire. And when I did win over powerful, skeptical decision-makers? It was because I understood what moved them, and I had the courage to put my ideas on the table.
Those lessons became the foundation of my coaching philosophy: leadership is your ultimate competitive advantage—but only if you know how to use it.
